US 50 Camino Signage and Wayfinding - Access Mitigation Plan

The El Dorado County Transportation Commission (EDCTC) is pleased to announce the release of a Request for Proposals (RFP) soliciting a consultant to perform work on the US 50 Camino Signage and Wayfinding Mitigation Plan (Plan). This Plan will provide better information and route choices for the millions of interregional visitors to the Camino area. This plan would focus on signage and traveler information strategies along US 50 beginning west of Placerville and extending east of the Cedar Grove exit on US 50. The details including scope, schedule and budget are included in the RFP link provided below.

November 3, 2023.................................... Issue Request For Proposals
December 15, 2023 4:00 pm.............. Closing Date for Receipt of Proposals
December 18, 2023..................................Finalists contacted to schedule interviews, if required
December 20, 2023..................................Conduct virtual interviews, if required
February 1, 2024....................................... Contract award, execute contract
Proposals must be received no later than 4:00 pm on December 15, 2023 at the EDCTC office.
