April 16, 2026......................... Closing Date for Receipt of Proposals (4:00 p.m.)
April 20, 2026......................... Finalists contacted to schedule interviews, if required
April 23, 2026......................... Conduct interviews, if required
May 7, 2026........................... Contract award
July 1, 2026........................... Begin FSP Service
