The Commission is concerned that large amounts of written information submitted on the day of the meeting may not receive the attention it deserves. The Commission Secretary cannot guarantee that any fax or mail received the day of the meeting will be delivered to the Commission prior to action on the subject matter. 1. Authorize the El Dorado County Transit Authority (EDCTA) to submit a Section 5311 grant application for Federal Fiscal Year 2009, stating that:
The El Dorado County Transportation Commission does hereby authorize the EDCTA to execute all standard agreements or amendments necessary to obtain the aforementioned FTA Section 5311 Operating Assistance grant in the amount of $491,432 through Caltrans.
2. Authorize the Executive Director to sign the regional agency certifications and assurances.
