The Commission is concerned that large amounts of written information submitted on the day of the meeting may not receive the attention it deserves. The Commission Secretary cannot guarantee that any fax or mail received the day of the meeting will be delivered to the Commission prior to action on the subject matter. REQUESTED ACTION: By motion, adopt Resolution 07/08.15 approving the County of El Dorado’s request to propose an AB 3090 STIP amendment to advance Phase 1B of the Missouri Flat Road Interchange project and to reprogram $2.575 million currently programmed for PS&E and ROW in the 2007/2008 and 2008/2009 fiscal year STIP to Construction in the 2008/2009 fiscal year STIP.
