A. CalPERS Retirement Program

REQUESTED ACTION:

1. By motion, adopt Resolution 05/06.09 to declare El Dorado County Transportation Commission’s (EDCTC) intent to enter into a contract with the California Public Employees’ Retirement System (CalPERS) 2% @ 55 Full Formula Retirement Plan.

2. Direct staff to revise “Section 8.13 Retirement Benefits” of the EDCTC Personnel Policies and Procedures Manual as amended to reflect the pending retirement program. Download Staff Report
