REQUESTED ACTION: By motion, authorize the Executive Director to extend the professional services agreement with Keill and Associates for State Transportation Improvement Program (STIP) Project Delivery and Oversight services for an additional four years from July 1, 2004 to June 30, 2008, for a total five-year term.
