The El Dorado County Regional Transportation Plan Draft EIR, dated June 2005, was prepared to disclose, analyze, and provide mitigation measures for all potentially significant environmental effects associated with the proposed El Dorado County 2025 Regional Transportation Plan. The Draft EIR and the"Final EIR" together constitute the Final EIR required by Sections 15089 and 15132 of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines.
