The Draft Regional Transportation Plan Environmental Impact Report is available for review in the EDCTC office during regular business hours, and is posted on this website (link to Environmental Document download page). The public review period for the EIR closed August 12, 2005. Hard copies of the EIR are available for purchase at the EDCTC office during regular business hours.
