
EDCTC Conducted Walkability and Bikeability
Audits at Area Schools
EDCTC was awarded Federal Safe Routes to Schools funding to conduct Bikeability and Walkability Audits at 53 schools on the western slope of El Dorado County. Audits included the following:
The document will be a useful guide for future capital improvements
and implementation of programs to encourage walking and biking to school at
the appropriate locations.
