The TAC consists of the City Manager and selected department heads representing the City of Placerville, as well as the Chief Administrative Officer and selected departments heads representing El Dorado County, El Dorado County Transit Authority, Caltrans District 3, and the Sacramento Area Council of Governments. The TAC meets monthly prior to the Commission meeting.

The SSTAC is a diverse group of persons representing the elderly, the physically challenged, and other individuals who are transit dependent, as well as commuters. The Council meets at least twice a year to identify possible unmet transit needs that may be reasonable to meet.
